Goodgod NYE Prom – Tuesday – Goodgod Small Club
Bring in the New Year with a double dose of nostalgia at Goodgod’s NYE Prom, as hosts Levins and Shantan turn the time machine back to two of the best party eras; 1988 Homecoming Prom in the front bar and Jiggy 2001 Year 10 Formal out the back. Join a huge line-up of local DJs playing era-appropriate music to ring-in the New Year. There are also a bunch of great prizes to be won if you are crowned prom king or queen of either era!

Shore Thing – Tuesday – Bondi Beach
Shore Thing has consistently been one of Fuzzy’s most successful festivals since its conception, delivering Sydney with some of the best international acts over and over again to ring-in the New Year. This time they’ve gone all out and bagged Skrillex as their main headline act. He’ll be accompanied by the likes of Jack Beats, Alvin Risk, and local favourites What So Not. Ministry of Sound “Classics” NYD – Wednesday – The Ivy
Ministry of Sound presents the ultimate New Year’s Day party this year, with the return of “Classics” at The Ivy. The day’s celebrations will see a line-up of some of Australia’s best dance DJs digging into their archives of classic dance music for a day filled with sun and swimming that will surely continue late into the night. Field Day – Wednesday – The Domain
Not to be outdone by their own New Years Eve party, Fuzzy are set to hold an even bigger festival on New Years Day. To describe the line-up as massive doesn’t even quite do it justice. From international superstars including The Wombats, Wiz Khalifa, Flux Pavillion and A$AP Rocky; to local favourites like Flume, Cosmo’s Midnight, Wave Racer, Alison Wonderland and Hermitude, Field Day 2014 is shaping up as one of the biggest and best so far.
