During my most recent visit to South East Asia, I spent four days wandering around Bangkok (Just before the major civil unrest broke out). On the way to search out some street food, in an area not far off from the famous tourist strip 'Khao San Road', I saw a small hole in a fence and as I went to investigate I discovered an underworld 'reserve' of sorts. One of the many ruined remains of Bangkok's economic boom in the 90's. It was a very surreal experience seeing and hanging out in this very peaceful environment, with Koi swimming in these flooded ruines while the loud, hustle and bustle of Bangkok was literally a step outside.
Well in summary I honestly for a very long time saw photography as a hobby, shooting local hardcore/punk bands in and around Western Sydney and nothing else.
After school I spent two years living just outside London and traveling Europe. It was during this time I realised this is something I loved and wanted to make something more of.
Since then I have been shooting everything that interests me and this blog is really a place for me to document my progression and experiments in the music, fashion, portraiture and other worlds of photography.
I hope ya'll enjoy.
