Sydney’s spectacular waterside party Harbourlife returns this November in full swing. Fuzzy (the team behind Field Day, Shore Thing, Listen Out and Parklife) will bring Harbourlife to dedicated fans complete with stunning views, iconic venue, and most importantly, a house music line-up to suit the location and kick off the summer.

Art Department is techno/house legend Kenny Glasgow and label owner/rising star Jonny White. Returning to Australia for Harbourlife 2013, the duos music has been described as “Futuristic, raw, synth-lovin’, underground masterpieces” by music-obsessed fans and critics. The two joined forces in 2009, and have since toured the world, remixed and produced countless underground sounds, and worked with the likes of Jamie Jones and Soul Clap. Referred to as a creative visionary, an electronic music icon, an esteemed Grammy-nominated composer and a world class DJ – Techno, tech house producer Carl Craig uses a wide range of musical genres including world beat, jazz and soul in his creations. He’s known as one of the most important names in the Detroit second generation of producers. You may also know him as one (or all) of his different aliases: BFC, Psyche, Paperclip People, 69, Designer Music and Innerzone Orchestra. His boldest project to date is “Verses” – combining techno and classical music. He’s also performed live soundtracks to film, mixed the likes of Hot Chip, Caribou, Tori Amos (just to name a few). When he’s not behind the decks, he’s running his own label ‘Planet E Recordings’ and oversees a music scholarship / not-for-profit he founded known as ‘501-C3 Carl Craig Foundation’. Hot up and comer David August first startedmusic at age five being forced to play piano, and excelled. At fifteen he took his first steps as a DJ and soon began his first residencies. In 2010 he dropped his ‘Instant Harmony’ EP which includes his break-through hit “Moving Day”. Since then August has played in clubs around the world, remixed for DJ Phono and DJ T. and released a string of outstanding EPs. If you like quality deep house, emerging Norwegian star Finn Peder Wang aka Finnebassen will get your juices going. Having produced music and playing gigs in his hometown of Oslo for years, 2012 saw the first attack of Finneebassen on the worldwide electronic music scene: signing to UK label Electronique, climbing the deep house charts on Beatport and touring internationally. Three time Grammy Award winning electronic producer (and international man of mystery), Jacques Lu Cont (real name Stuart Price, also known as Tracques and Les Rythmes Digitales), is one of the most in demand producers who has worked with everyone from Madonna to Missy Elliot to the Scissor Sisters. Smashing out diverse remixes from Miike Snow's ‘Paddling Out’ to New Order's ‘Blue Monday’, as well as releasing a host of new original tracks, this iconic DJ and producer will get you jackin’. His song 'Jacques Your Body' peaked at No. 9 on the UK singles chart in 2005, breaking records for dance tracks on the singles charts across the UK. Moodymann, also known as Kenny Dixon Jr, is committed to keeping a distinctly black imprint on techno and house. Creating hybrid forms of techno, deep house, jazz, soul, disco and funk using innovative use of reworked riffs and samples, Moodymann achieved classic status with gems like “SundayMorning”, “Black Mahogani,” “Shades of Jae” and his first album ‘Silentintroduction’ – one of the most celebrated dance albums of the late 90s.
