Groovin The Moo drops their 2014 line-up
Groovin The Moo has really pushed the envelope this time with what might be their biggest line up yet. As per usual with GTM, they have gone and selected a broad variety of artists from both the local and international pool.
They took the cream of the crop with Vance Joy, who was just placed #1 on Triple J’s Hottest 100 on the weekend. Shame his set won’t go very long considering his limited back catalogue of one E.P. but should be exciting nonetheless for all those who voted for him.
The Jezabels, who released their new single ‘The End’ in late 2013 are also on the bill and should be showcasing their new album ‘The Brink’ which is due out within the next few days.
On the local electronic side of the line-up, they’ve managed to get the critically acclaimed Presets and another prominent Australian duo who are on the rise, What So Not - which includes Chris Emerson and Harley Streten (A.K.A Flume). With the nod of approval from the likes of Skrillex already, they definitely are an interesting act you won’t want to miss.
Hip-hop is the strong suit of the international side with Dizzee Rascal (UK) and Action Bronson (USA). But there’s still plenty for the EDM lovers as the deep house power duo Disclosure (UK) who released an incredible debut album is also joining the line up alongside the extraoardinary one man electronic act Robert Delong.
At just $99.90(+bf) is a steal in comparison to most festivals. Be sure not to miss out.
