Is your rent overdue? Or are you saving up for that big holiday? Well head down to The Tate to pick up some tips on being resourceful. With a stellar line up including Numskull, Luschia Porter, Silkor, Marty Routledge and heaps more, all the art is made on or built from found objects. So check out the artists's crafty use of materials to get saving!

10x8 is an creative initiative focused on contemporary photography and multimedia art. Located in the beauty of a park, head down to check out the opening of "Mira Cuba". Featuring works from a range of artists, "Mira Cuba" brings you an exhibition of photography, time based art and an interactive workshop around the theme of Cuba.
What: "Remains", Gillian Lavery
When: Thursday February 14th, 2pm-6pm (opening night Weds 12/2/14 8pm)
Where: Archive Space, 5 Eliza Street, Newtown
Ever sat down and considered your interpretation of the word "remains"? It may be along the lines of rubbish, what's left, the end, remnants, holding on, staying or standing firm. Gillian Lavery returns to Archive Space to explore her interpretation of the word "remains" after a personal trauma in a house fire. Lavery combines her textile training tin experimental drawing techniques and works directly onto the gallery walls.
What: "Love Moments"
When: Saturday 15th February, 11am-7pm
Where: Art Moment Gallery, 99 Curlewis Street, Bondi Beach
So it's a beautiful Saturday in Bondi, but the beach is crowded and the shops are packed, what do you do? You head to Art Moment Gallery! At the convenience of a street away from the beach, check out "Love Moments" to see an awesome group exhibition of talented emerging Sydney artists. You can even fit in a swim afterwards!
